What’s a day in the life of running your business like?

As many entrepreneurs, the days goes fast and life keep me busy.

Can you share a memorable moment or challenge you’ve overcome in your journey?

I accepted to make a video of myself on social media. Share more of my experience.

What steps do you take to ensure your business is sustainable/ethical?

I respect the client in their choices. I advise what I tested with me or in my life.

How do you define "wellness," and how does your business support it?

I define wellness as knowing ourself and looking a balance in life by trying new things. I help people to feel and understand themself in order to find that équilibrium 

What makes your approach unique compared to others in the wellness industry?

With Inama, we are able to cover all aspects of a person: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual if people are open to it.

What’s the philosophy or core values that guide your work?

We walk the talk.

What’s something people might not realise about running a wellness business?

You must have cure yourself to be able to advice on things you experienced and pass successfully.

What advice would you give someone starting their own wellness journey?

I congratulate them first. 

Second, do a little regularly, don’t expect miracle. Life can move fast but if you expect too much, you might disappointed or burned out.

If you could share one simple wellness tip that anyone can do today, what would it be?

Eat in the morning 

What’s a common misconception about your industry or services?

People might think it’s the Bisounours’ world, no negativity. It’s a business and a passion so you have both sides nice and hard, yin and yang, problems and solutions to find.

How do you balance running a business with maintaining your own wellbeing?

I take care of myself like a lifeguard need to know how to swim and keep being trained before to go and save life

What do you love and hate about the digital world?

It’s very powerful but too complex for me, so I contract competent people.

What has been the hardest part of running your business in a foreign town? 

Keep the mindset and look inward, to change myself, my world.

If you could talk to your younger self, what would say?

You have the right to express yourself. 

What’s next for your business – any exciting plans for the future?

Taller and group conferences with INAMA.

If you could give one piece of advice to someone starting a similar business, what would it be?

Work on yourself. We are the center of the business, so we need to train ourself, take care of ourself like will ask the people to do.
