Meet Eli from Unique Guest

What inspired you to start your business, and how did it all begin?

It all started with some of the most common questions: What to gift the teacher for Christmas? And for the end of the school year? And for Valentine’s Day? Every time there was a special occasion, it became more difficult to find a gift that was original, elegant, and of high quality. With this practical need in mind, the project began with the idea of offering unique gifts. My background in design and art led me to create personalized boxes and baskets, combining creativity and quality, with the goal of making each person feel special.

What makes your business unique compared to others in your industry?

What makes us unique is our focus on creating personalized and sensory experiences through the details. We don’t just focus on the product, but on the moment that the gift or gesture creates. Additionally, through Unique Guest, we merge personalized products with a focus on well-being, collaborating with different brands and creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.

How does your business contribute to wellbeing, sustainability, or healthy living?

Through Unique Guest & Talleres Conecta Esencia, we aim not only to deliver unique products but also to create experiences that promote well-being. Each detail is designed to be sensory, relaxing, and memorable, contributing to moments of personal connection and well-being.

What’s the story behind your business name?

Unique Guest came from the idea of connecting people with what is essential and the deepest aspects of what surrounds them. We want each gift or experience to be full of emotion and meaning, connecting the recipient to their essence.

Tell us a little about yourself – what’s your background, and what led you here?

My name is Eli, and my background in design and my love for details led me to create Unique Guest. I started with the desire to offer a unique gift, something that was more than just a material gesture, something that would touch the heart of the person receiving it. As the project grew, I realized I could contribute more to the hospitality and events industry by creating memorable experiences for special occasions.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

Despite being a very creative person, I am also highly organized. I love planning everything in detail to ensure that every experience or gift is perfect.

What values are most important to you in running your business?

Creativity, personalization, and commitment to quality are the pillars of my business. I also highly value genuine connections with clients and the desire to offer unique and memorable experiences.

Do you have a personal favourite product/service that you offer? Why?

My favorite product is the creation of personalized welcome packs. I love how a simple package can transform an arrival, creating a unique and welcoming experience from the very first moment.

Who do you serve, and what kind of problems do you help solve?

I serve individuals and businesses that are looking to offer something unique and special, whether it’s for events, corporate gifts, or private celebrations. I help solve the difficulty of finding a truly personalized and memorable gift, offering creative and sensory solutions.

What’s the best feedback you’ve ever received from a customer?

One of the best comments I received was from a client who said that the personalized gift I created for them was so meaningful that it left a deep emotional impact.

The experience I offer is personal, creative, and detail-oriented. From the first conversation to the delivery of the final product, I aim for every step to be a pleasant surprise, filled with emotion and a unique touch.
